Customer Service Representative

At Absolute Comfort, as our customer service rep, you’ll be part of an established, upbeat company, a supportive team, and a great group of people.

Pay:

$15.50 – $20 per hour D.O.E.

Schedule:

Full time, Monday – Friday.

Location:

Work remotely but locally, please.

Benefits:

Paid holidays, one week paid vacation after one year; two weeks after two years.  Retirement plan.

Job Description:

We’re a thriving, family-owned and operated HVAC company looking for a Customer Service Rep with a high-energy phone presence, outstanding customer service skills, basic receptionist skills, data entry skills, time management skills and great attention to detail. You’d be the primary call taker for our inbound phones and the “face” of our company.

Requirements:

Familiarity with Service Titan Dispatching Software.

We’ll happily consider any education and experience level, as long as you have some customer service and/or HVAC industry experience.

We use Google Suite, Excel and Word, and Service Titan Dispatching Software.
