Once a year, in the fall, before you start using it. Manufacturers require annual maintenance to keep most warranties valid, which is a detail a lot of homeowners find out at the worst possible moment.
How long does a furnace tune-up take?
Usually 60 to 90 minutes for a single system. If we find something that needs attention, we will price it before doing anything beyond the tune-up.
Is a furnace tune-up worth the money?

Do you tune up heat pumps and electric furnaces too?
