Minimum Requirements 

• HVAC License
• Excellent customer service skills
• Clean driving record
• Pass a drug screen and background check
• Must be trainable and open to learning new skills and methods
• Must be a team player 
• Must be able to work independently
• Safety-minded with a good knowledge of OSHA regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience
