3.  Payments:

We do not currently accept payments through this website. All invoicing and payments are managed offline or via secure third-party platforms, communicated through phone or email.

4.  Cancellations and Refunds:

• For repairs, work is typically completed on the same day and cannot be canceled once performed.
• For installations or service orders totaling $4,000 or more, you have a 3-day right to cancel without penalty.
  • If you are 65 years of age or older, the cancellation window extends to 5 days.
• We do not offer refunds for completed services. However, in cases where services do not meet the agreed scope of work, we may offer an inconvenience discount at our discretion. We always strive to ensure that all work meets or exceeds agreed-upon standards.

5.  User Accounts:

We do not require users to create accounts to access this website. All scheduling, service requests, and communication are handled by phone or email.
