They keep the customer informed during all phases of their work and follow up to make sure the customer is happy with all aspects of the finished product. Whether repairing an existing unit or installing a new one, you will be happy with the final results. I want to give a special thanks to Jim who is a brilliant technician and always goes beyond what he is called to do, to Theresa who who keeps the office running smoothly and always with a smile, and to Dave who somehow manages to coordinate and smoothly run the whole business. Employees make the business and these folks are the best.

Our experience with Absolute Comfort was great! … More Their technician quickly diagnosed the issue, and once our PM company finally approved the work, Absolute Comfort was awesome fitting us into their schedule the very next day. They made the repairs, and our AC unit (though it is old) is working MUCH more efficiently and effectively.
