I called just before Thanksgiving knowing that my mother was coming to stay with us and that the **** system was probably not salvageable after too many years of neglect. **** and his team showed up on time, diagnosed multiple problems with the old system and presented me with a fair price on a new system and ductwork to correct air flow issues. I still cannot believe they got it installed before Thanksgiving!!!!! What a great job, what great solutions to the problems of the old system, WOW what great technicians. My family could not be more pleased with the job Absolute Comfort Heating and Air did for us and we strongly recommend them to your family.

This company displays some of the best customer service I’ve experienced. They show great concern that the job is done properly and are very transparent throughout their service and solutions. I’ve used them twice for a heater malfunction. I will continue to use them.

Calling about a broken AC unit on the Saturday of a holiday weekend that happens to be the hottest of year, I was worried we’d be stuck in the heat for days. I called several places and Absolute Comfort was the only one to answer immediately and to my surprise, they were able to schedule a technician for the same afternoon. They texted me a photo of the technician coming out, Steven, when he was on his way. Steven was fabulous! He identified the problem right away and was very kind. He explained everything, getting us up and running in no time and even gave us some advice for the long-term. I would 100% recommend Absolute Comfort and Steven!
